Dispatches - Inside Hamas
12/02/2010
Children of Beslan
On September 1, 2004, a group of heavily armed rebel extremists stormed into School No. 1 in Beslan, Russia. For three days, more than a thousand children and adults were held hostage in a sweltering gymnasium, denied food and water, and forced to keep their hands over their heads. The harrowing siege ended on September 3 with a series of explosions and a hail of gunfire that killed some 350 people - half of them children. In this film, the youngest survivors of Beslan tell their story.

Dispatches - Undercover Mosque
Dispatches undertakes an extensive investigation into a number of British mosques to reveal how a message of hatred and segregation is being spread throughout the UK. Filming undercover at mosques run by key organisations, whose public faces are presented as moderate and mainstream, our reporter finds preachers condemning the idea of integration into British society, condemning British democracy as un-Islamic and praising the Taliban for killing British soldiers. The investigation examines how such extreme messages are influenced by the religious establishment of Saudi Arabia and reveals how the influence of Wahabism extends to influential organisations that advise the British government on inter-community relations and prevention of terrorism. Undercover Mosque also features interviews with moderate British Muslim figures who are speaking out against the influence of Saudi Arabia's extreme brand of Islam, which they claim is seeking to overturn Islamic traditions of diversity and peaceful co-existence.
Dispatches - At Home with the Terror Suspects
Introduced as an emergency security measure in 2005, 18 control orders are currently enforced on individuals described as dangerous international terrorists. Dispatches has gained exclusive access to some of these detainees. The investigation questions the effectiveness of the orders in protecting the public from terrorist attacks. The detainees live under stringent rules that prohibit the possession of mobile phones or accessing the internet. But the regulations allow them to mix freely with other worshippers at their mosques or talk to anyone they meet without prior arrangement. Despite a dossier of restrictions one detainee is allowed to between three tube stations, a bus garage and a shopping centre. "If I wanted to, it would be easy for me to bomb or commit an act of terrorism", he says. Dispatches reveals the impact the control orders have on these individuals whose restrictions bypass the fundamental rights of due process enshrined in British law - that no-one should be deprived of liberty without a fair and adequate trial. In the film the detainees describe how they suffer from psychological problems and insomnia, with one detainee at the point of considering returning to his mother country, despite the torture that likely awaits him.
Afghan Massacre - The Convoy of Death
The film tells the story of thousands of prisoners who surrendered to the U.S. military's Afghan allies after the siege of Kunduz. According to eyewitnesses, some three thousand of the prisoners were forced into sealed containers and loaded onto trucks for transport to Sheberghan prison. Eyewitnesses say when the prisoners began shouting for air, U.S.-allied Afghan soldiers fired directly into the truck, killing many of them. These witnesses say US Special Forces re-directed the containers carrying the living and dead into the desert and stood by as survivors of the ordeal were shot and buried. Now, up to three thousand bodies lie buried in a mass grave. The film also provides footage of CIA officer Mike Spann interrogating American Taliban prisoner John Walker Lindh, just hours before Spann was killed in the famous prison uprising at Mazar-i-Sharif. "Afghan Massacre" has outraged human rights groups and international human rights lawyers. They are calling for investigation into whether U.S. Special Forces are guilty of war crimes.

Declassified The Taliban
To the U.S. and the Soviets, Afghanistan has always been a pawn in a much bigger game. Both countries have used Afghanistan for their own gain since the late 1970’s.The Soviet Union invaded Afghanistan in December 1979. A peace agreement between the two countries wasn’t signed until February 1989, when Afghanistan defeated the Soviet Union.Infighting between Mujahideen, an Afghan guerrilla movement (originally formed in 1978), and Najibullah's regime continued throughout this period, until 1992 when the Mujahideen took Kabul and liberated Afghanistan. Najibullah was protected by UN.The Mujahideen formed an Islamic State and Professor Burhannudin Rabbani was elected President. In 1994 the Taliban militia were born and advanced rapidly against the Rabbani government. In 1995 massive gains were made by the Taliban and in the following year the Taliban militia forced President Rabbani and his government out of Kabul. After that they captured Kabul and executed Najibullah. The Taliban oppressed women, forced men to grow beards and ‘Buzkashi’ the Afghan national sport was outlawed. Tensions rose as the Afghan government accused Pakistan of aiding the Taliban. The Taliban massacred thousands of innocent civilians. In 1998 the United States launched cruise missiles at Afghanistan, stating that its intent was to destroy the so called terrorist bases/training facilities used by Osama Bin Laden and his followers. In 1999 and 2000 the UN Security Council Resolutions 1267 and 1333 were adopted. These resolutions used sanctions against the Taliban on grounds that they offered sanctuary to Osama Bin Ladin and for their continued support of terrorism and the cultivation of drugs.During 2001 the Taliban continued to torture and kill civilians and destroy ancient historical sites. The world expressed outrage and disgust against the Taliban actions. On September 11th 2001 suicide attacks on the U.S. killed more than 3,000 people and destroying the World Trade Centre and part of the Pentagon. Following these attacks the United States and UK worked with the forces of the United Front (UNIFSA) to launch air strikes against the Taliban. The U.S. held Osama Bin Laden directly responsible for the attacks on the World Trade Centre, and the Taliban were targeted for protecting him
Jihad The Men and Ideas behind Al Qaeda
Providing an in-depth look at modern, radical Islamic groups, JIHAD: THE MEN AND IDEAS BEHIND AL QAEDA explores the ideas and beliefs that inspire them, along with the challenges they pose for governments in the Middle East and the West. With previously unseen footage and first-hand testimony from those who fought, planned, argued, met or lived with them, this is the inside story of Al Qaeda's three leaders: Osama bin Laden, Ayman al-Zawahiri, and the recently killed leader of Al Qaeda in Iraq, Abu Musab Al Zarqawi. This film examines how the blood-soaked careers of these three men were driven by an evolving ideology of violence and hatred towards the West. From the Muslim Brotherhood in the 1940s to Islamic organizations today, the film offers insightful perspectives of Islam from Western and Middle Eastern journalists, U.S. intelligence experts on the frontlines of the fight against Al Qaeda, and friends and contemporaries of Osama bin Laden and his lieutenant Ayman al-Zawahiri. It is also the story of how the peaceful and noble religion of Islam was distorted by Islamist terrorists in the name of jihad. Two years in the making, JIHAD: THE MEN AND IDEAS BEHIND AL QAEDA was filmed on location in the Middle East, Sudan, Pakistan, Afghanistan, America and Britain. Based on extensive original research, the film presents the story of the birth and evolution of Al Qaeda, not through the second-hand reporting of Western journalists, but through powerful testimony from first-hand witnesses.
The Third Jihad
The Third Jihad exposes the war the media is not telling you about. It reveals the enemy our government is too afraid to name. One person who is not afraid to tell you the truth is Dr. Zuhdi Jasser, a Muslim American and former physician to the US Congress. After the FBI releases a radical Islamist manifesto describing how to destroy America from within, Dr. Jasser decides to investigate. The Third Jihad is about what he discovered. Interviews are conducted with radical Islamists in the US and the leaders trying to stop them, such as Rudy Giuliani, Clinton CIA Director Jim Woolsey, NYC Police Commissioner Ray Kelly, Senator Joe Lieberman, former Homeland Security Secretary Tom Ridge, and former terrorist group member Tawfik Hamid.

Obsession - Radical Islam's War Against the West
Obsession - Radical Islam's War Against the West is a new documentary film that will challenge the way you look at the world. The is the full version of Obsession the movie. Almost 70 years ago, Europe found itself at war with one of the most sinister figures in modern history: Adolf Hitler. When the last bullet of World War II was fired, over 50 million people were dead, and countless countries were both physically and economically devastated. Hitlers bloody struggle sought to forge the world anew, in the crucible of Nazi values. How could such a disaster occur? How could the West have overlooked the evil staring it in the face, for so long, before standing forcefully against it? Today, we find ourselves confronted by a new enemy, also engaged in a violent struggle to transform our world. As we sleep in the comfort of our homes, a new evil rises against us. A new menace is threatening, with all the means at its disposal, to bow Western Civilization under the yoke of its values. That enemy is Radical Islam. Using images from Arab TV, rarely seen in the West, Obsession reveals an insider's view' of the hatred the Radicals are teaching, their incitement of global jihad, and their goal of world domination. With the help of experts, including first-hand accounts from a former PLO terrorist, a Nazi youth commander, and the daughter of a martyred guerilla leader, the film shows, clearly, that the threat of Radical Islam is real. Islam is being hijacked by radical extremists, who actively seek to destroy the shared values we stand for. The world should be very concerned. This is a documentary film about Radical Islamic terror. A dangerous ideology, fuelled by religious hatred. It's important to remember, most Muslims are peaceful and do not support terror. This is not a film about them.
Exposed: The Extremist Agenda - Glenn Beck
This is the entire episode of Glenn Beck's special "Exposed: The Extremist Agenda," which shows the shocking truth about Radical Islam that the rest of the media won't show you. Beck’s segment delves into the rampant propaganda in the Middle East - the words, images, and mystical superstitions that are rapidly moving millions of “moderate” Muslims into the Salafi and Jihadi camps. A MUST SEE!
Panorama: British schools Islamic rules
In his investigation into what is being taught in Muslim faith schools in Britain, reporter John Ware uncovered a loophole in the regulation system when it comes to part-time schools and clubs that operate on weekends and after school. Panorama's investigation discovered that around 5,000 Muslim children attending a network of 40 Saudi Students' Schools and Clubs are being taught the Saudi national curriculum. John also uncovered a worrying trend towards separatism among some private Muslim full-time schools in the UK at a time when the number of Muslim schools is on the increase. The programme, British Schools, Islamic Rules reveals disturbing evidence that some Muslim children are being exposed to extremist preachers and fundamentalist Islamic groups. The film asks why school inspectors have missed the warning signs over elements of this teaching and examines the impact this could have on young Muslims' ability to integrate into mainstream British life.
